- Free crossings for disabled people receiving certain benefits, once they open an account and their concession is approved
How to pay
Free-flow: there are no toll booths. Pay online at toll.humberbridge.co.uk (guest payment or account), by phone, with the app, or at PayPoint shops. You can pay up to 12 months in advance. American Express not accepted.

By midnight the day after you cross

If unpaid by the deadline a £25 admin fee is added to the toll owed and an Unpaid Toll Notification is issued. Account holders without enough credit must top up by the same deadline or pay £25 per crossing.
Good to know
Free-flow tolling started on Monday 2 February 2026; the old booths closed on 30 January 2026. Drivers used to paying at a booth may not realise they now have to pay online.
