Discounts and exemptions
- T-FLOW prepaid account: lower tolls for Classes 2–4 (and the only way to get the resident rate)
- Liverpool City Region residents (Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St Helens, Sefton, Wirral): Class 1 £1.60 with a T-FLOW account, non-business journeys only
How to pay
Pay at the toll booth: cash (use the AUTO lanes with the correct change) or contactless card. T-FLOW account holders pay automatically (Direct Debit or card top-up).

Good to know
Tolls valid from 1 April 2026. Escort fees for exceptional loads: £25 (one lane) or £57 (two lanes); a £16 admin charge applies if escort fees or outstanding tolls are unpaid after 14 days. Vehicle class definitions come from the official T-FLOW/Fast Tag application form.
